Why must I enter street, house number, city and postcode separately?

Couriers route parcels from structured addresses. Incomplete or vague lines cause failed delivery and make it harder for support to find your order. Use the format your national post service expects.

When does the bulk discount apply?

Automatically in the cart: 5% on 3–4 items, 10% on 5–9 items, 15% on 10 or more eligible products. It stacks with free delivery once the goods subtotal reaches €99 before discount.

Where do I track after dispatch?

Use the email with the courier number, the Track order page on EasyVapor, then paste the number at 17track.net (English) for live status.

Can support find my parcel without a full address?

We need order number plus the phone and email used at checkout. A complete street, house number, city and postcode reduces delays if the courier calls or if we must open a case.

EasyVapor COD Checkout, Discounts & 17TRACK

EasyVapor is Cash on Delivery only — no card at checkout. This guide covers the address fields couriers need to find you, automatic bulk discounts, free delivery from €99 (goods subtotal before discount), and 17TRACK once the parcel is on the road.

1 — Build the cart (discounts apply here)

Open the shop, pick exact flavour rows (variant codes matter for QQ Bang and other lines). Bulk pricing is automatic:

5% off when you buy 3–4 eligible items
10% off on 5–9 items
15% off on 10+ items

Discounts reduce the goods subtotal before delivery fees are calculated.

2 — Delivery & COD fee + free €99 shipping

Last-mile delivery and COD handling appear as one line in the cart. Select your destination country first at checkout so the fee matches (examples: Poland often €4.80, Italy €8.00, Germany €9.70 — live table on Shipping & delivery).

When the goods subtotal is €99 or more before bulk discount, delivery is free. You still pay the courier for the goods (after discount) on arrival, not online.

3 — Address: help us and the courier find you

Incomplete addresses are the main reason COD parcels bounce. Use real, deliverable data:

Street	Street name and house / building number (e.g. ul. Marszałkowska 10, Hauptstraße 5). No “near the church” only.
Apartment / unit	Flat, floor, gate code if required — add in the line provided or second address line.
City	Post town or city name exactly as local post uses it.
Postcode	ZIP / postal code with correct format for the country (PL XX-XXX, DE five digits, etc.).
Country	Must be one of the 11 supported COD destinations — drives fee and currency rules.
Phone	Required. Mobile the driver can call. Include country code if you use a foreign SIM.
Email	Order confirmation and tracking — use an inbox you check.

Guest checkout is fine. Hotel or office only if reception will accept and pay a COD parcel.

4 — Place the order

Confirm the cart total (goods minus bulk discount + delivery line if under €99). Place the order — no bank card step. Save the order number from the thank-you page. Orders before 14:00 CET on a working day often dispatch the same day.

5 — Track on EasyVapor and 17TRACK

Wait for the dispatch email with the courier tracking number.
Look up status on Track order (order number + email).
Copy the courier number into 17TRACK (use /pl if you prefer Polish UI). 17TRACK aggregates many EU carriers — pick the carrier hint if the site asks.

Typical transit windows: COD shipping times by country. Address or phone fix before dispatch: Contact with order number.

6 — Pay or refuse at the door

Pay the courier the amount on your order confirmation. You may refuse an unpaid parcel if you no longer want it — see How COD works and Returns for country-specific courier rules.
