Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within one business day. Orders placed before 14:00 Central European Time often ship the same business day. You receive tracking by email after dispatch.
Delivery by country
Estimates start after dispatch and can slip around holidays, weekends or courier delays. Accepted COD currencies depend on the destination country and courier and are shown at checkout.

Delivery cost
Free delivery on orders of €99 or more. For smaller orders, last-mile delivery and Cash on Delivery handling are charged as one Delivery & COD fee. That fee depends on the destination country and updates automatically when you enter the country at checkout.
Pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Accepted currencies, payment methods and parcel-inspection rules depend on the destination country and courier, and are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. If the outer box is clearly damaged, do not accept it before following the courier’s damage-report procedure.
