Terms of service

These terms govern consumer contracts for Cash on Delivery orders placed on easyvapor.store. Version 1.0 governs orders placed while this version is displayed.

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Scope and definitions

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the online shop at https://easyvapor.store operated under the brand EasyVapor, and to distance contracts for nicotine disposable vapes sold through that shop. The shop language is English.

“You” means the customer. “Consumer” means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. “We” / “EasyVapor” means the seller identified in section 2. “Goods” means the products in your order.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy. Browsing the website alone is not an acceptance of a sales contract. The Terms are shown at checkout, and you confirm them before you submit an order.

2. Seller identity

The contracting seller trades as EasyVapor through the website easyvapor.store.

Brand: EasyVapor
Website: https://easyvapor.store
Email: [email protected]
Contact form: Get in touch
Help: Help center

The registered legal name, legal form, registered office, company-registration authority, registration number, VAT ID, authorised representative and geographical address for complaints are not yet published as verified public information. They will be added here and on the Impressum when they can be shown as verified facts, and they will then match invoices, order emails and return instructions. Until then, use the contact details above.

3. Consumer and business customers

These Terms are written for consumers. Orders placed by businesses, resellers or other professional buyers are governed by our wholesale and business terms. Order quantity alone does not decide whether you are a consumer.

4. Age restrictions and verification

Goods contain nicotine and are for adults. You confirm that you meet the minimum legal age applicable in the delivery country (18 or any higher local vaping age). We may conduct age verification and the courier may request valid identification at delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, or refuse handover, where age requirements cannot be verified.

This customer confirmation does not replace EasyVapor’s responsibility to comply with applicable product, distance-sale and delivery restrictions. We do not ask you to upload identity documents through this website. If a courier inspects an identity document at delivery, that process is operated by the courier. See the Privacy policy.

5. Products and availability

We sell selected disposable vapes shown in the shop. Stock, flavours and models can change. Product images are illustrative. Minor, non-material packaging changes may occur, but the delivered product must conform to the ordered model, flavour, quantity, nicotine information and other material characteristics shown at the time of purchase.

We may limit quantity per order. An item in the cart is not a reservation until we accept the order.

6. Prices, VAT, currencies and fees

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required, unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges, Cash on Delivery fees and any other applicable charges are shown before you place the order.

The total amount confirmed at checkout and in the order confirmation is the amount payable, subject only to any clearly disclosed local-currency arrangements shown before the order is placed. Where the courier collects in a local currency, the checkout and confirmation show that arrangement. We do not add undisclosed charges after you place the order.

We may correct obvious pricing errors noticed before we accept the order and will notify you. After acceptance, price corrections follow mandatory consumer law.

7. Ordering process and correcting errors

You select products, enter a delivery address in a country available at checkout, and review the cart. You can change quantities and details before you confirm. Checkout shows the goods, delivery charge or free-shipping status, Cash on Delivery fee if any, and the total. You then confirm these Terms and submit the order.

To correct an error after submit and before dispatch, email [email protected] with your order number. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier.

8. Contract formation and order confirmation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms only that we received the order and does not by itself constitute acceptance.

The sales contract is formed when we send an explicit order-acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept the order — for example because stock is missing, the address is invalid, age cannot be verified, or we suspect abuse — we will notify you without undue delay and no contract is formed. After a contract is formed we do not cancel for ordinary stock shortage; we then perform, replace with your agreement, or unwind the contract under applicable law.

9. Cash on Delivery

The only payment method is Cash on Delivery. We do not take card or bank prepayment at checkout. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Accepted currencies, payment methods and any local-currency collection details are shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.

Parcel-inspection rules depend on the destination country and courier. Details: How COD works.

10. Delivery, delay and transfer of risk

We ship from an EU warehouse. We deliver only to the countries currently listed on our Shipping & Delivery page and made available at checkout. Country lists on other pages are descriptive; checkout and that page control.

Orders are usually dispatched within one business day. Orders placed before 14:00 Central European Time often ship the same business day. Estimated delivery windows by country are on the Shipping & Delivery page. Those times are estimates after dispatch and can slip around weekends, holidays or courier delay.

Unless a longer period is agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days after the contract is formed. If delivery is late, you have the remedies provided by applicable consumer law, including setting an additional period and, where the law allows, terminating the contract.

Free delivery applies on orders of €99 or more. For smaller orders the Cash on Delivery shipping fee is shown in the cart before you place the order.

Please check the name, street address and phone before you confirm. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an error in the details you supplied, extra courier costs may apply. We may split an order into more than one parcel. You may designate a person other than the carrier to take delivery.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Unless you arranged the carrier yourself, we bear the risk until then. If a parcel is confirmed lost before delivery, we provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. See Returns and claims.

If nobody is available, the courier follows its local missed-delivery process. That may include a notice, another attempt or a collection point. A second delivery is not guaranteed in every country.

11. Refusing an unpaid COD parcel

As an additional EasyVapor Cash on Delivery service, an unpaid parcel may be refused at delivery without payment for the goods. This voluntary service does not limit your statutory withdrawal or legal-guarantee rights. Whether a courier charges a separate refusal or return-handling fee depends on the destination country and courier.

12. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, counted from the day you take physical possession of the goods. Sending the notice before the period expires is enough.

Use the online function Withdraw from contract (no account required). You may also use the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement, including email to [email protected]. Using the model form is not obligatory.

The right of withdrawal may not apply where a product was supplied with a genuine health or hygiene seal, is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, and that seal was broken after delivery. Whether this exception applies depends on the product, packaging and national law. It does not affect rights for defective or non-conforming goods.

Return shipping for a withdrawal without a defect is paid by the consumer unless we agree otherwise. We will email the return address and instructions without undue delay. Waiting for those instructions does not reduce your statutory rights or cause you to miss a deadline where the delay is attributable to us. The registered geographical return address will be published when it can be shown as verified public information.

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. Because COD orders are paid to the courier, we may ask you to expressly agree to receive the refund by bank transfer or another available method. You will not be charged any refund fee.

Full procedure: Returns and claims.

13. Defective and non-conforming goods

We are responsible for goods that are not in conformity with the contract. This includes a wrong item, goods damaged in transit before you take possession, and defective products. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Asking you to notify us promptly does not limit your statutory legal-guarantee rights, which are generally available for at least two years and may be longer under national law.

Photos of the product, packaging and shipping label help us assess a claim more quickly but are not the sole condition for exercising statutory rights. Depending on applicable law, you may initially request repair or replacement unless that remedy is impossible or disproportionate. For disposable vapes, repair is usually not realistic, so we typically offer replacement or a refund. A price reduction or termination and refund may be available where repair or replacement is not possible, is refused, fails, or cannot be completed within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience. We cover return or replacement shipping for accepted legal-guarantee claims.

14. Complaints and customer service

Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Include your order number. We usually reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, Central European Time (CET/CEST). Track an order at Track order.

15. Consumer dispute resolution

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform closed in March 2025. We do not currently participate in alternative dispute-resolution (ADR) proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. If you have a complaint, contact us directly. You may also contact your local consumer-protection authority.

16. Acceptable use of the website

You may use the shop only for lawful orders and enquiries. You must not place orders if you are under the legal age, submit false details, interfere with the site, or use it to harm other people or our systems. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where we reasonably suspect abuse.

17. Intellectual property

Text, images and other material created for EasyVapor are used to operate this shop. Manufacturer names, logos, product names and packaging remain the trademarks or property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of those third-party rights.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where the law provides otherwise.

19. Events beyond reasonable control

If we are prevented from performing because of an event beyond reasonable control (including widespread courier disruption, official restrictions or utility failure), we will notify you and resume performance when reasonably possible. This does not remove mandatory consumer remedies, including where a delay exceeds the legal delivery period.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

The seller’s country of establishment will be published on the Impressum when it can be shown as verified public information. When that country is published, these Terms are governed by the laws of that country. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence.

Until the country of establishment is published, those mandatory consumer protections apply in full. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer-protection and procedural rules.

21. Changes to the terms

The version of these Terms displayed and provided to you when the order is placed governs that order. Later changes do not apply retroactively unless required by law or expressly agreed with you. We keep a version number and last-updated date on this page. A copy of the version in force at checkout is stored against the order.

22. Severability and contact

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue. Questions: [email protected] · contact form · Returns and claims · Impressum.
