How Cash on Delivery Works
No card and no bank transfer at checkout. Place the order online, then pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Accepted currencies and payment methods depend on the destination country and courier, and are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. We ship from our EU warehouse to the countries listed on Shipping & delivery.
When you pay, and what the courier can collect

When you pay
Nothing is charged online. The courier collects the checkout total when the parcel arrives. Have that amount ready. Whether the driver can give change depends on the courier and the destination country.
Currency and method
Shop prices stay in euro. The driver collects in the currency and method shown at checkout for that country ??cash, card, or both. We do not publish a fake always-cash or always-card table. Follow the checkout line and the order confirmation.
Refusing a parcel
You may refuse an unpaid parcel if you no longer want the goods. If the outer box is clearly damaged, follow the courier’s damage-report procedure before you accept it. Parcel-inspection rules depend on the destination and courier.
If you miss the courier
The courier follows its local missed-delivery process. That may include a notice, another attempt, or a collection point. A second delivery is not guaranteed in every country. Keep the phone on.
On delivery
Age verification may be required during checkout or delivery, depending on the destination and courier. COD is not a loophole for under-age sales.
To change the address or phone before dispatch, email [email protected] with your order number. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver Cash on Delivery to the countries listed on Shipping & delivery and made available at checkout: Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy and Germany. Poland is typically 2?? business days after dispatch; other countries usually 3??0 business days depending on distance.
Free delivery on orders of €99 or more. For smaller orders, last-mile delivery and Cash on Delivery handling are charged as one Delivery & COD fee that depends on the destination country. The amount is shown in the cart when you enter that country. Pay the courier when your order arrives.
