We currently deliver Cash on Delivery to 11 countries. Windows start after the courier has the parcel, not when you click Place order. Weather, local holidays and courier capacity can add days. Islands, mountain villages and non-standard postcodes can sit outside the typical band.
Shop prices are in euro. The driver collects in the currency and method shown at checkout for that country — cash, card, or both, depending on the last-mile courier. That rule is the same in every destination, so it is not repeated in the table. Have the checkout amount ready. Change is not guaranteed.

Dispatch cut-off and weekends
There are two clocks, and they are not the same:
- Same-day handover: a working-day order placed before 14:00 Central European Time is usually given to the courier that day.
- Next business day: an order after 14:00 CET, or any order on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, is usually handed over on the next working day. That still counts as dispatch within one business day of a working-day order.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not dispatch days. The tracking email is sent after the courier has the parcel. Until then, Track order will not show a courier number.
COD fee and payment method by country
Last-mile delivery and Cash on Delivery handling are charged as one Delivery & COD fee. It is not a leftover flat rate applied to every destination. Select the country first at checkout; the cart line updates for that address.
Subtotals of €99 or more (before bulk discount) get free delivery. Bulk discounts (5% off 3–4 items, 10% off 5–9, 15% off 10 or more) are a separate percent off the goods; they do not replace the €99 free-delivery threshold.
Addresses outside the 11 countries cannot be checked out. Adults only: 18+, or the legal vaping age in the destination country if that age is higher.
Tracking and missed delivery
Use Track order with the shop order number and the email from checkout. After dispatch you also get a courier tracking number. Live parcel status is on 17TRACK — paste that courier number, not the shop order number.
A phone number is required so the courier can call. If you are out, the local process applies: a notice, another attempt, or a pickup point. A second visit is not guaranteed in every country. We cannot promise a redirect after the parcel is with the courier. Address or phone changes before dispatch: use the contact form with your order number.
Damaged parcel and refusal
If the outer carton is clearly crushed or wet, use the courier’s damage procedure before you sign. Checking the outer box is not the same as unsealing the product. Parcel-inspection rules depend on the destination and courier.
You may refuse an unpaid Cash on Delivery parcel if you no longer want the goods. There is no goods charge when you refuse before paying. A courier may still apply its own refusal or return-handling fee, depending on the destination. After you pay and take the parcel, claims follow Returns.
Remote areas, islands and holidays
The table is a typical window for standard addresses in each country. Greek and Croatian islands, Italian mountain or island postcodes, and other remote points can add days beyond 5–10. Warehouse-country holidays and destination holidays both pause the clock. If your checkout country is not listed, we do not ship there on this shop.
