Wholesale and business terms
These terms apply to businesses, resellers and other professional buyers. They do not replace consumer rights on consumer orders.

Who these terms cover
This page applies when you buy from EasyVapor acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession. The consumer Returns and claims policy applies to consumer contracts. Order quantity alone does not determine whether a customer is a consumer or a business buyer.
Orders and payment
Standard cart volume discounts (3 / 5 / 10+) still apply automatically at checkout. Payment remains Cash on Delivery unless we agree another method in writing before dispatch. We may ask for a business name, VAT number or other trade details before accepting a professional order.
Returns
The 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to B2B contracts. Returns, replacements and refunds for professional buyers are agreed case by case, except where mandatory law says otherwise. Defective goods must still be reported with the order number and a description of the fault.
