This page is the five-step order path on easyvapor.store: English checkout, euro prices, Cash on Delivery only, and a courier fee that follows the country you enter at checkout. Pick a product, enter a deliverable address with a working phone number, place the order with no card payment, then pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

What checkout will ask for
- A phone number is required. Couriers use it to arrange delivery. State or county can stay blank where the form marks it optional.
- Guest checkout is available. A customer account is optional.
- No card or bank transfer at checkout. The amount due is goods plus, if you are below the free-delivery threshold, one combined Delivery & COD fee.
- Age. You must be 18 or over, or the higher legal vaping age in the delivery country. Age verification may be required during checkout or delivery, depending on the destination and courier.
How the Delivery & COD fee is set
Last-mile delivery and Cash on Delivery handling are billed as one line in the cart. Changing the country on the checkout form updates that line. Examples from the current table: Poland is typically €4.80, Italy €8.00, Germany €9.70. Orders with a subtotal of €99 or more (before bulk discount) ship free. Bulk discounts apply automatically: 5% off 3–4 items, 10% off 5–9 items, and 15% off 10 or more.
Place the order in five steps

- Enter the name, street, postcode, city and phone the courier should use. Use a hotel or office address only if reception is authorised to receive and pay for a Cash on Delivery parcel.

Dispatch is usually within one business day; orders in before 14:00 Central European Time on a working day often leave the same day.
- When the courier arrives, pay the amount shown on the order. If the outer box is clearly damaged, follow the courier’s damage-report steps before you accept it. You may refuse an unpaid parcel if you no longer want the goods.
After dispatch
Tracking is sent by email. Look the order up on Track order with the order number and email. After the courier number arrives, paste it on 17TRACK. Address or phone changes before the parcel leaves: use Get in touch. After handover, changes depend on the courier.

Does EasyVapor take card payment at checkout?
No. Checkout is Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Accepted currencies and methods depend on the destination country and courier and are shown at checkout.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available. A customer account is optional.
When do I pay for the order?
You pay the courier when the parcel arrives, not when you place the order. Checkout does not take a card or bank transfer.
Which countries can I order to?
EasyVapor currently offers Cash on Delivery in 11 European countries. Check Shipping & delivery for the current destination list and fees. The Delivery & COD fee changes when you select the country at checkout.
Is a phone number required?
Yes. The courier uses the number on the order. State or county can stay optional where the form allows it.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Before dispatch, use Get in touch with your order number. After the parcel is with the courier, address changes depend on that courier and are not guaranteed.
What should I do if the confirmation email does not arrive?
Check spam and promotions. If you saw an order number on screen, the order was still placed. Write via Get in touch with the name, phone and email used at checkout so we can resend the confirmation.
Can a hotel or office receive a COD parcel?
Only if reception is authorised to receive and pay for a Cash on Delivery parcel. The courier collects payment at delivery, so a desk that will take a prepaid box is not enough.
