Warehouse and courier staff match your parcel using variant codes, not shortened flavour nicknames. Before you pay the courier, confirm the code on the EasyVapor order, the confirmation email and the retail box.
Code families
- BN## — QQ Bang 100K (twelve singles, BN01–BN12 on the live selector).
- BR## — QQ Bang 120K LED line (BR01–BR12).
- BQ## — 150K Perfume (BQ01–BQ10).
- BO## — 180K 4-in-1 sets (BO01–BO12; each set lists four flavour names).
Common ordering mistakes
- Choosing a row because the first flavour word matches another product — always match the full code.
- Assuming 180K BO sets are interchangeable — each BO row is a fixed quartet.
- Ignoring disabled/grey selector rows — they are not shippable SKUs.
After the parcel arrives
If the printed code or flavour names disagree with your order confirmation, keep the outer box sealed and contact support with your order number, phone and email before using the device.
